Yogurt is made from milk, but eating yogurt with milk is considered harmful for us, not only yogurt but also all sour related food, along with salty food and non-veg should avoid with milk. When you eat all this with milk it creates a digestion problem, Nutritional deficiency. One more thing when you drink milk with fruits it will create indigestion and make you uncomfortable. So stay away from such foods while drinking milk.

Most of the people are not aware of this, that is why after drinking milk they generally consume lemon juice or any sour food (Grape, Orange, Lemon, Curd, and tamarind, etc.) and it generates poisonous chemical in your body which will harm you, have you ever noticed when you want to convert milk to chenna (soft white cheese) that time you use lemon or curd water to tear the milk as It contains citric acid, But when you eat sour food immediately after drinking milk it becomes poisonous for you. Taking sour substances with milk is harmful to your health. That’s why avoid sour related foods just before or after drinking milk.

Note:- Drink milk before 2hours of eating sour foods or after 2 hours

Milk contains protein, when you use salt while drinking milk or eating any salty snacks it freezes protein, and there is no use of such protein. So it is very harmful for your body. try to avoid such kinds of foods which are harmful and damage your body.

When you combine both it creates problems for your body as body hasn’t that power to digest both. It affects your digestion system.
