In our day to day life we are busy doing work and consuming too much junk-food  which harms our body like poison, we know all these things even though we couldn’t  leave it for only taste, that is our weakness, fast-food is the term given to food that can be prepared and served very quickly, fast food also can be defined as any food that contributes little or no nutrients value to the diet but instead provide excess calories and fat, fast food can be a good way to save time but it is not the proper way for nutrition. Junk food creates problem in development of brain especially for kids and pregnant women.

As per statistical view of Google trends, we can find out eating of fast food rate has been increasing since a long after 2015, it has started growing like anything. It has already  affected to people and they are suffering from disease due to high rate of eating fast food, for  which doctor even couldn’t recognize the problem and I can assume that if we won’t control these junk food in future then it would be very bad impact on people. So we have to take some action for our coming future i.e.:-

But you're better off consuming more calories, including some extra protein, in the morning Breakfast should be like a king.

As earlier I have said , lunch should be eat like a prince ,you can prefer vegetable salad as well as multigrain khichidi with curd
                             And at the last dinner, it would be fine if you take any fluids instead of food at night as there is very less chances to digest your food at night so you should consume as much as light food at night, it would be good for your body.
