Banana Bread Recipe

“Bread” is known as a well-known food. This is everyone’s favorite baked food. There is no harm in eating bread, it is even better if it is made of Atta. Bread is one such thing, from which unlimited snacks can be prepared, which is a favorite of children. Today I would like to share a recipe which is a very easy & delicious banana bread recipe. 

Friends today I am going to prepare a dish, which is very healthy and tasty, it’s called Banana Bread,

“why it’s so healthy?”

In general, people prepare bread by mixing maida and egg to make a soft and spongy bread or cake. But today I will prepare a spongy bread using wheat flour and banana along with some nuts. This process makes your bread super healthy and tasty as well. Cakes are always favorite’s of everyone. This bread can beat the taste of cake, you can serve this bread with some tea, snacks to your guest for better presentation.

There is no need to use a microwave or oven to make this spongy & soft cake. There is one more thing, people think that without using egg, bread does not become soft, this is not a fact, without egg bread or cake is as soft as using an egg. 

This banana bread is a mixed flavor of sweet and banana

Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour (2 Cups)
  • Banana (2 Ripe Bananas)
  • Powder Sugar (2 Cups)
  • Dry Fruits (Almonds)
  • Oil (1 Cup)
  • Milk (1 Cup)
  • Soda(1/2 tsp)
  • Baking Soda(1 tsp)
  • Salt(1/2tsp)

Method

  • First of all, arrange all the ingredients together in one place.               
  • Initially, take a bowl, then take a sieve, then pour one after the other in the sieve such as atta, powder sugar, baking soda, and baking powder, then filter it well into the bowl, throw the grains that will be left in the list. 
  • Then grind two bananas in a fine grinder, making them puree, and add the puree to the flour.
  • Now add all the remaining ingredients such as oil, nuts, salt into it, but you need to add milk at last little by little and stir it till it turns into a proper mixture.
  • Now leave the mixture aside for 10 minutes. At the same time arrange a bowl and grease it with some butter or ghee then put the mixture into it.
  •  Decorate with some nuts and cherries on it.
  •  Keep that bowl on the pressure cooker on a medium flame for 30 minutes, after 30minutes check the batter has been properly baked or not by putting a knife into it. If the knife looks dry, not sticky then the bread is ready to serve.
